Yolanda Gray has been working in the field of higher living for women for over 25 years. She has been on a mission to help women mid-life and beyond discover how to navigate the new season of life—divorce, career change, retirement, and other life changes with courage, boldness and confidence! Her coaching practice began at age 60!
Her passion is to see all women healed and living authentically, power-charged, and confident in their God-ordained destiny.
As a certified professional life coach, she works 1:1 with clients to uncover obstacles to abundant life, discover new expressions through God’s irrevocable spiritual gifts, and discard the old life for a new adventure to destiny. She delivers through a life-transforming, practical action plan based on the Bible, guided by the Holy Spirit.
She is a much-invited guest-speaker on all platforms, television, podcasts, summits, and stage where she shares her story, expertise and Jesus-found wisdom for a flourishing life in the middle years and beyond.
Yolanda delivers engaging, power-charged workshops and has hosted and facilitated retreats for over 15 years. Her retreat, Refresh, sells out every year where women, find healing, life direction, and soul-rest with other Christian women.
She is the co-author of “Gutsy Tales off the Rails” an anthology based on a performance by nine storytellers sharing their stories of overcoming adversity and the co-author of “Propel: The Essential Handbook for Emerging Women in Business and Leadership.”
Yolanda earned a B.S. in Human Development, an M.A. in Human Relations—at age 54 and her life coach certification at age 65.

Yolanda is a certified Professional Life Coach. She holds an MA in Human Relations.
