Learning how to just “be” in a busy, busy world where accomplishments and scratched off to do lists are worn as badges of honor eludes most women I talk with.
Those who juggle family, friends, church, social life—oh, and the gym—along with careers seem to have the same feelings of fatigue, anxiety, and a nagging sense that they are not right in their spirit.
