The advantage of coaching is that it’s present-based and future centered. When you work with me you get a guide and a collaborator.

We start by creating an environment where you are free to explore the issues that keep you from taking control of your life. You navigate the path with thoughtful direction, taking small steps to achieving your desired outcomes.

It’s an inside job—and I help you go inside.

As your Coach, I accompany you through unfamiliar territory, while you discover the answers you need for change. Our relationship is based on trust, respect, and a commitment to each other. I’m with you through each stage of the process.

I help you move through to change, setting goals and choosing priorities as you make those important decisions, lower stress, bringing you to a new confidence and freedom, encouraged and empowered by what you learn about you along the way—making the changes necessary to free you from the pain of destructive habits, thoughts, and perceptions.

You will wake up and look forward to your day because you’re in charge, no matter what comes your way!

There are no quick fixes –

While there are proven strategies in coaching, there is no one-size-fits-all method for change. It’s taken time -maybe years – for you to get here—feeling like you have no control with no relief in sight. Small changes over time bring results. Time, energy (motivation), and commitment. I’m with you all the way.

Finally…

I know what it’s like to live in “ quiet desperation” , trying to maintain appearances, acting as if, going to work, coming home, taking care of everyone’s needs, trying to sleep only to wake up to the knowing there is more of the same in the new day, like the movie, Ground Hog Day, where Bill Murray’s days are one long loop of the same thing over and over.

Finally making the decision to TAKE BACK MY LIFE –to get free of other people’s plans and agendas, with a fresh perspective and new way of living for the best days of my life. And so can you!
