“He Restores My Soul”
Refresh – A Retreat for Christian Women
Stay tuned for upcoming dates!
with Life Coach Yolanda Gray
Are you ready to retreat? To withdraw, pull back from your daily life and just rest your body, mind and soul? And have some fun with other women who want to do the same?
Retreat from a whole year and months of uncertain, difficult, and sad times. From the demands of work and new ways of being and living. From setbacks, shortfalls, and even success!
Add the constant bombardment to the mind and spirit of what has transpired during some pretty dramatic times.
What did Jesus do when He was exhausted from serving, healing, and encouraging others? How did He bring rest to His weary disciples who were learning and serving with Him?
Scriptures tell us that Jesus called them to come away, take a break, and rest. By the way, He had just heard some sad news: John the Baptist had been killed. (Mark 6:30-31)
Whatever you went through over the last year, coping with the severe changes taxed the body, mind, and spirit, a retreat may be just what you need to energize your weary soul.
Please join us as we come together for…
REFRESH RETREAT 2022
A restorative retreat in a pristine, serene environment where you will get what you need to renew your strength, release your burdens, and refresh your spirit.

Friday- Sunday
October 14-16, 2022
Come prepared to experience the surrounding beauty and solitude in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
Enjoy delicious, nourishing meals (no cooking!) and a community of women looking to unplug from the world for a weekend! You can walk or hike, taking in all the sights on the 300-acre majestic property.
During your three-day, two-night stay, you’ll have all of the amenities: a spacious, lovely room with its own full bath, nourishing, delicious meals*, and no distractions from the outside world. (T.V. and free Wi-Fi is available if you need it).
This will be your time to “just be” along with other strong, beautiful women who need precious “down time” and a filling up of Holy Spirit for encouragement, support, and energy.
You’ll have lots of free time in between two short sessions on Saturday. There is a special session planned exclusively for this retreat!
Rest, hike, play or create a masterpiece as a keepsake of your time here (materials provided). The Retreat is structured in an almost non-structured way ? guaranteed to bring out your creativity and relax you in a way you may not have experienced in a while.
October is the perfect month to refresh before the holidays, to reflect on the happenings over the past months, and leave freshly renewed and re-energized and ready for the days ahead.
“The retreat was not only refreshing, it was inspiring! I wasn’t sure what to expect but knew that anything Yolanda Gray puts on is going to be top notch… I was blown away by what Yolanda’s exercises and coaching was able to draw out of me. I left feeling energized and excited for my future…in addition, was able to connect and bond with other beautiful women who are on a similar journey. I attended the “Refresh Retreat” when my life was in turmoil, and I needed to make some hard choices and changes in my life. I arrived not knowing what to expect but also knowing that I was open to where God would lead me. Yolanda guided us in ways that helped us to explore our walk with Christ. We had a good mix of free time, fun time, meditation, and sharing with others. This opportunity to be with caring ladies and the guidance of Yolanda has brought me to a better place in my life. Arriving with an open mind and heart was the key to receiving the messages. The meals and accommodations were great in a beautiful setting in the mountains. Bonnie Creasy – Director
